Bumbling Inspector Clouseau must solve the murder of a famous soccer coach and find out who stole the infamous Pink Panther diamond. Steve Martin's Clouseau is hilarious, Jean Reno and Kevin Kline are amazing and Emily Mortimer alongside Beyonce are 2 beautiful but on the same time 2 great characters that win people not only with their charm. As for the jokes? I laughed so freaking hard and to be honest it's not as bad as people make it sound like. (10/10)

Everybody is wrong about this movie. It's actually not a pink panther movie but instead a promotional lengthy music video for Beyoncé.. By coincidence some stars (and has-beens) appear to have cameos. So if Beyoncé's acting and singing doesn't make you puke in your soup then Martin's horrible and insulting mock French accent certainly will.

Casting, costumes, locations, lighting, sets, stunts and everyone that makes a movie what it is are all superb. And Steve Martin and whoever else was involved with the re-creation, script and direction of Inspector Clouseau's character are comedy geniuses. It's so very funny, i think my favourite detail is his voice raising incredulity of (in PP2) why the Tornado suddenly "stops". it makes me laugh just thinking of it. along with the hilarious deliveries of;

a kitten?

who cares (when Ponton says it may be a trap)

i think i'm very good at it (insight into Pope being spiritual)

good one

the case is closed

then i am probably sitting on it (hat)

and there is so much more, the couple of seconds scene of Clouseau walking from his taxi to Hotel entrance to meet Beyoncey is perfection.

A character of great depth has been created.
